NETWORKING TECHNOLOGIES WHILE ONLINE EDUCATION IN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS

The article analyzes the problem of organizing of the training process by using network technologies during distance learning in higher educational institutions. The attention is focused on the method of the usage of these technologies in the educational process in higher educational institutions, and the analysis of the structure of each of the investigated technologies is carried out. The features of network technologies in online education such as: openness, transparency; the possibility of communication of joint activities, interaction of all participants in educational relations; the opportunity to share their own experiences; availability of redundant adaptive variable training content; effective technology support; personalized learning and equal educational opportunities for each student and teacher are established. It is specified that the goal of organizing interaction and cooperation in the network is to overcome the lack of interpersonal communication through joint activities, training, presentation of results and the acquisition of new friends. It is noted that the network plays an important complementary role, enriching pedagogical activities, ensuring effective communication and interaction, contributes to a deeper understanding of educational material, deepens and expands relations between participants in the educational process. The usage of these technologies in the educational process of higher education institutions is an effective means of improving the quality of student education, provides a modern approach to the formation of professional competence of future specialists. It has been proved that easy availability and preservation of tasks greatly simplifies the time spent on their creation, editing, tracking, and contributes to a creative approach to their implementation, as well as the formation of self-study skills throughout life.
