Abstract

Some of the defining characteristics of patriotism and its role in the formation of a system of views and beliefs are
described in the following article. The article is focused on the value of the components of the educational process, the value-orientational basis of patriotic training of today's youth in general and of the students of pedagogical universities in particular.
