WAYS OF IMPROVING THE MANAGEMENT OF THE QUALITY OF TEACHING IN SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

The ways of improvement of management of quality of studies at general educational institutions
are studied in the article. Organizational and pedagogical terms as the ways of improvement of management of
quality of studies are emphasized. The stages of appliance of technologies of management of quality of studies at
general educational institutions are described. The essence of cumulative concept in a context of monitoring of quality
of studies at general educational institutions such as «appraisement» and «grading scale» is clarified. The main forms
of monitoring of quality of studies at general educational institutions as a component of management of an indicated
process are represented. The conclusion is that for the effectiveness of management of quality of studies at general
educational institutions the detailed monitoring of this process is essential. It is realized due to the interdependent
backward stages: monitoring of quality internal agency of quality application of technology of management of
quality.
