Abstract

The semantic parameters of experimental models of professional formation of mobile engineer and educator in the
field of computer technology have been soundly in the article. The model is effective, subject to specific principles: extend
the functionality, complexity of professional functions, information technological learning. Found that the formation of
professional mobile professional provides disclosure vectors professional goals and values, core functions, tasks and
activities, the nature of the conditions of professional, the structure of its necessary and sufficient qualities.
