PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEMS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE SOCIOLOGISTS: GENDER APPROACH

The article is devoted to the analysis of the state of modern professional training of future
sociologists in Ukraine. The author singles out important psychological and pedagogical problems of
professional training of future sociologists from the positions of gender approach. On the basis of the
analysis of the scientific philosophical, pedagogical and sociological literature, as well as professional
training practice certain problems and challenges of the present state of the education are defined. The
education as a social institute, which is called to satisfy certain social needs, following formal and informal
rules, principles and regulations acts in different spheres of human activity, organizes them in the system
of the statuses and positions forming social hiearchy. Proceeding from this the system of higher education
is to interact with other social institutions efficiently. Different institutions of the society, which are capable
of controlling, regulating and organizing human relations are based on the values of the civil society. So
the conclusion is made about the necessity to use a gender approach in the process of higher professional
education for purpose of forming a competitive professional on the labor market. The poll was conducted
for the students of 1 – 3 year of the department «Sociology» in ONU after I. I. Mechnikov that allows to
reveal the presence of gender stereotypes in academic environment. The training instructions for the mentioned process, the special course «The formation of the professional qualities of a future sociologist
in the process of context of training» are developed.
