STATE OF COMFORT PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE FOR FUTURE QUALIFIED EMPLOYEE WORKERS

Abstract

In today's educational reform, the training of skilled workers involves initial vocational training,
retraining and professional development. The Ukrainian consumer services market is now moving to a European level,
and therefore the specialist who provides such services must possess not only technical skills but also the ability to
establish and maintain communicative contacts with clients and colleagues, advertise their services, take initiatives,
make decisions, that is, have no professional communicative competence. Professional communicative competence is
an obligatory part of the professional activity of a service worker, but this aspect often remains neglected in the
training of skilled workers in the institution of vocational (vocational) education. The article presents the results of the
qualitative research phase of the formation of professional communicative competence of future skilled workers in the
sphere of services: the state standard of vocational (vocational) education, working curricula, programs of separate
educational disciplines, textbooks is analyzed; the motivation of students for improving professional communication
skills is explored; revealed typical gaps in the basic knowledge of the language, without which it is impossible to form a
professional communicative competence.
