PROFESSIONAL MOBILITY AS ONE OF THE FACTORS OF PROFESSIONAL SUCCESS OF FUTURE PSYCHOLOGISTS

Abstract

The professional mobility is considered as one of the factors of professional success of future
psychologists in this article. The special interest in the professional formation of future psychologists is highlighted, due
to the high social significance of the profession, the rapid growth of its popularity and the expansion of the scope of
application; filed the structure of professional mobility with the components: activity, understood as readiness for
activity, development of new forms and types of activity, as the basis of vocational and pedagogical activities;
adaptability as an ability to adapt to changing conditions of activity, readiness to change their lives and activities, the
basis of vocational and pedagogical flexibility; openness - a tendency to a new, unknown, rejection of stereotypes;
communicative - ability and readiness to establish new contacts and contacts with the subjects of educational activity;
creativity - a creative attitude to the environment and their activities, readiness for their transformation, the
foundation of vocational and pedagogical innovation; competence - ability to flexibly orient in the profession,
readiness for continuing education, self-education, self-development, self-education The article presents the
characteristics of professional mobility of future psychologists as the ability to successfully change the types of
activities in the field of psychology; adapt quickly depending on the situation; possessing a high level of professional
and psychological and pedagogical knowledge, experience in their improvement and independent acquisition; in
readiness for self-development in professional activity.
