PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR FORMATION OF CREATIVITY AS A COMPONENT OF SOCIO-CULTURAL COMPETENCE OF A PROFESSIONAL

Abstract

Our time is characterized by an endless and powerful flow of information, which leads to
innovative changes in all spheres of society. Due to the complex processes related to informatization and
digitalization of society, the requirements for the competencies of modern specialists are changing. The
new state educational standard prescribes the competencies that a teacher must have. In addition to the
basic, basic competencies, which provide general professional knowledge, important for effective and
productive work are informational, communicative, legal, creative, reflective, social, socio-cultural,
conflict. The article presents the results of the analysis of the scientific literature in order to determine the
level of research on the problem of formation of socio-cultural competence, in particular creativity as its
component. The article considers the structure of creativity of a specialist who carries out professional
activities within the educational programs of higher education, focuses on those professionally important
personal qualities, knowledge and skills that provide readiness for non-standard approaches to solving
complex pedagogical situations, ability to constructively adapt classical algorithms actions to the actual
challenges of the time. It was found that creativity as the ability to create, produce new ideas, the ability
to move away from traditional schemes modernizes the content of social interaction, providing an
opportunity for future teachers to meet the demands of today. It is emphasized that creativity is the basic
principle of effective research work by teachers, systematic improvement of content and teaching
methods, accumulation of scientific and educational information, establishing productive teamwork
aimed at solving pressing pedagogical problems. Creative personality seeks to overcome the pattern and
formality in relationships with students, shows a willingness to create fundamentally new ideas related to
the teaching and education of the younger generation.
