MONITORING TECHNOLOGY FOR FUTURE SPECIALISTS’ PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL SELF-DEVELOPMENT

The problem of professional and personal self-development of future specialists in the field of
agriculture and the existing views on the modernization of approaches to professional and personal selfdevelopment were considered.
Informal practices of professional and personal self-development of future specialists were analyzed, for
example: professional courses, trainings, seminars for acquiring new skills.
The technology of monitoring professional and personal self-development for future agricultural specialists
and the stages of experimental verification of its effectiveness were described.
The levels and indicators of readiness for self-development of the future agrarian as a person and a
professional, which are subject to monitoring, are specified.
Criteria for professional and personal self-development of future specialists in agriculture were defined:
motivational and value; indicative-target; effective and technological; evaluation and analytical; regulatory
and self-organizational.
The theoretical analysis that the number of students-agrarians whose professional and personal selfdevelopment is carried out at higher levels has increased due to the introduction of the described
methodology, was confirmed by the developed criteria.
The organization and methods of research are specified. The method of expert evaluation is substantiated.
The effectiveness of the proposed technology for professional and personal self-development of future
farmers has been experimentally tested. Significant positive influence of all indicators of professional and
personal self-development of the future agrarian on his qualification is revealed.
It is substantiated why in the process of introduction of technology of professional and personal selfdevelopment for future specialists of agrarian profile the following pedagogical conditions should be
fulfilled: motivation of professional and personal self-development; ensuring the focus of the educational
process on the formation of readiness for professional and personal self-development; the resource of
information technologies for the formation of the readiness of future professionals for professional and
personal self-development should be used in full.
