THE STRUCTURE OF READINESS OF FUTURE YOUNGER MEDICAL SPECIALISTS FOR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES IN THE PROCESS OF STUDYING PROFESSIONAL DISCIPLINES

Abstract

The article deals the results of analysis of Ukrainian аnd foreign scientific researches devoted to
the topic of occupational readiness of specialists in different fields. The theoretical aspect of the problem of
professional training of junior medical staff has been studied. The definition of «readiness of future junior medical staff
for professional activity in the process of studying professional disciplines» is given. The structure of readiness of
medical students for professional activity in the teaching of professional disciplines was formed. The article deals the
components of readiness of medical students for professional activity in the teaching of professional disciplines
(motivational, cognitive-active and personal), the corresponding criteria (motivational, cognitive, activity, personal)
and parameters of future junior medical staff for professional activity. The high, medium and low levels of readiness for
the professional activity of students in the medical colleges are determined. It has been concluded about problem of
disclosure of the structure of readiness of medical students to professional activity in the teaching of professional
disciplines is holistic, multicomponent, personal entity and all components are interconnected. It has been stressed that
assessing the level of formation of readiness of future junior medical staff for professional activity in the process of
studying professional disciplines will help to determine the level of training of medical students in their practice in the
future.
