PARAMETERS CREATING CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL SPACE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL TALENT: REGIONAL CONTEXT

The article substantiates that the study of theoretical and practical aspects of social talent should be implemented in the context of the concept of educational environment that will simulate favorable conditions for self-gifted person. Identified category of «cultural and educational space for the development of social talent» and explicate how integrative social-pedagogical construct that combines different levels of socio-cultural, educational and educational conditions, natural and specially modeled, pedagogically structured and organized. Defined parameters as the dominant psycho-pedagogical coordinates that need to be guided in the process of modeling. It is shown that successful «selection» of children with signs of social giftedness is appropriate semantic content of sociocultural meanings of space and form it into a regional context. This phenomenon presents the perspective of subject-subject approach that involves the interaction of media and personalities. The attention to the need to develop socially gifted person subjectivity in the process of interaction with all its substructures, elements and subjects. Proved that important element of cultural and educational space is very active socially gifted person, his behavior as a subjective component.
