Abstract

In the article there has been analyzed the content of integral-role position of a pedagogue-andragogue which is
represented in the foreign scientific literature. The author analyzes the leading roles of a pedagogue-andragogue (teacher,
guide, facilitator, trainer) which are actually interrelated and interdependent. In addition, the competences which are
necessary for performing these functions have been substantiated.
