Abstract

This paper analyzes approaches to definitions of «competence», «professional competence of teachers» in
pedagogical and psychological science and practice. The notion of «professional competence law teacher» ‒ is an
integrative property of the individual who owns a set of important scientific and professional knowledge and practical skills
innate ability for teaching activities, combined with the proper moral character, which contributes to the development of
individual students and their legal literacy through the use of modern techniques and technology education.
