The article highlights the problem of preparing students for professional activities in the information and educational environment of medical colleges. The urgency of this issue is related to modern processes of globalization, society has never experienced such information dynamics as in the XXI century. Today is characterized by variability of moral and spiritual, socio-economic, socio-political values, so each person has a significant number of problems. And one of the most important problems is a reasonable professional choice and development of the professional's personality. It is the positive choice that determines personal self-expression, physical health, and mental health.
Studies show that at the beginning of training professionals have negative phenomena in readiness for future work in the profession.
The introduction of the latest innovative methods of training students opens new horizons for opportunities to improve methods, approaches to training and continuous professional growth, both for teachers and students. At the same time, the situation indicates the need to study the feasibility of using in medical colleges of certain methods of training future professionals in the information and educational environment for professional activities. The need for an appropriate level of training of students in medical educational institutions is due to the urgent need of society to provide high quality professional medical care in the context of reforming the medical field. The feasibility of the study is based on the need for new aspects of motivation for learning and professional medical activities; updating the content of the profession of junior specialist or bachelor; combination of personal needs and professional self-realization. Globalization and European integration processes, new challenges, contradictions and threats in the conditions of transition to the digital society and pandemic COVID - 19 necessitate qualitative changes in the organizations of training in medical colleges as an integral part of medical education. In this regard, in modern conditions the most relevant is the problem of substantiating the conceptual foundations of the space of information and educational environment in the unity of its formal, informal and informal components (education, training).
