INFORMATION AND EDUCATIONAL PORTAL - AN EFFECTIVE MEANS OF STUDENT EDUCATION

Abstract

The article highlights the importance of an information-educational portal (IOP) and information educational environment (IOS) of the Pedagogical University in the formation of the professional level of future teachers. The use of IOP in education raises the educational process to a qualitatively new level, allowing the use of a significant number of channels of information transfer and ways of acquiring new knowledge. The article is relevant to the issue of finding ways to use educational portal technology as a means of forming the professional competence of future teachers. This article considers IOP as a means of improving the quality of education. The purpose of the article is to highlight the importance of IOP and IOS of the Pedagogical University in the formation of the professional level of future teachers. The results of this study confirm that today students are ready to use e-learning in higher educational institutions and have the necessary skills and abilities to work with IOP. The practical significance of the study is to determine the degree of student satisfaction with the organization regarding the educational process and may be important for the organization of e-learning in the implementation of basic educational programs of higher education.
The introduction of portal learning technologies in the educational process increases the motivation of students to study disciplines, reveals student potential to plan their independent study, thus making them more responsible and organized. There are various elements and services in distance learning to provide students with methodological materials, which diversify teaching and methods of presenting material, improve the quality of independent training of students and the effectiveness of the educational process.
Research shows improvements in the effectiveness of student training when students organize their independent work using pedagogical opportunities of IOP in the educational process of pedagogical ZVO.
