Abstract

The article states that as a result of the needs of the modern labor market in highly skilled,
competent workers there is a need to prepare a competent, professional mobile specialist in the process of studying at
a higher education institution.
The model and technology of the formation of professional mobility of future economists by means of a
foreign language have been developed and theoretically substantiated. The model consists of interconnected blocks:
methodological-target, content-procedural, diagnostic-productive and takes into account the positions of the systemic,
person-oriented, communicative, activity, competence scientific approaches; general (visibility, continuity and
perspective, problem) and special (communicative orientation, problem and activity, professional orientation of
teaching) didactic principles; pedagogical conditions. The model shows the criteria (personal, cognitive, motivational,
communicative), which determined the level of (low, average, sufficient, high) level of formation of the prospective
economists' professional mobility by means of a foreign language in the process of studying at a higher education
institution. The didactic principles and pedagogical approaches are determined and disclosed, observance of which will
effectively promote the training of future economists of a foreign language at the necessary level for carrying out
professional duties in future activities. Principles of constructing a model, a set of regular, functionally related
components, which determine its efficiency and effectiveness under the appropriate conditions in the process of
training of professionally mobile economists in foreign language classes, are revealed. An attempt has been made to
prove that the complex realization of our proposed pedagogical conditions, the use of the appropriate forms and
methods of teaching, resources in foreign language classes enables the preparation of a highly qualified professional
mobile economists in the process of studying at a higher education institution.
